PLEASE NOTE: The decision was made to RECOMMEND to our members to choose the 50amp option. They have quite a lot of these sites, but they will go very very fast! Wyoming can be very hot in July. You don't want to choose the 30amp option unless there's no other choice!

It is always preferable that you have your Registration Packet mailed to you prior to your arrival. You can get to Will Call upon arrival, but that is always a hectic extra step....arrive early!
IMMEDIATELY AFTER COMPLETING YOUR REGISTRATION, REGISTER AGAIN ON THE ECOA WEBSITE (no cost for this) TO PLACE YOURSELF ON THE GILLETTE MAILING LIST

It is also possible to register online for 30amp service ($370.00), but you will not be able to park with the 50amp group.
You will also need to select how you want to handle receiving your credentials....either through the US Mail or hold your documents at Will Call at the fairgrounds. Please EMAIL MARIO with your contact information and specify you are in 30amp parking. We would want you to join us for Happy Hours so make sure we have both email and cell #.
IF YOU HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED AND WISH TO JOIN THE 50amp CARAVAN GROUP.........please call FMCA at (800) 543-3622, and ask for the Caravan Registration Desk to inform them you should be included with the Entegra Coach Owners Association group. You will need to pay for the additional electrical service and Full Hook-ups.
Then notify ECOA that you will join the group above (Blue Box).
As soon as we receive our arrival/parking time, we will notify everyone on the list. You should plan to arrive at the no later than 30 minutes prior to our assigned parking time. If you are having your rally credentials held at Will Call, you should arrive a bit earlier than that so you can walk over and get your packet.
Wayne will send out a sign for you to display in your windshield to help the parking crew direct us to the correct part of the holding area, so be sure to notify him that you have registered for the ECOA group for the Rally.
FIRST TIME ATTENDEES: Your credentials will state an assigned arrival time. You can ignore that if you are camping with the ECOA group. Our group instructions supersede the individual arrival instruction. As always, it's wonderful when our members display their ECOA name badges to help reconnect names and faces. You can order your name badges by clicking on the link, printing and mailing in your order. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
