SUMMERFEST '19 & Annual Meeting & Elections

Summerfest '19 will be in another great location this year. We're going to the Award Winning:

  • Normandy Farms Campground in Foxboro, MA.
  • Arrive Sunday, September 15, 2019 after 1:00 PM
  • Departure Friday, September 20, 2019 before 11:00 AM

Just 22 miles from Boston, this is a great sightseeing opportunity. Explore Boston, Cape Cod and Plymouth Rock. The Boston area has it all: art, history, water & boating, whales, and great food! You don't want to miss this one! We've even extended the rally to 6 days to give you some extra time. If you want to come early or stay a bit longer, be advised there is an open enrollment Good Sam Rally just in front of us. If you come early, you may need to ask for a Good Sam site. Call and discuss your needs with the Campground Office:

CALL: (866) 673-2767 to Extend Your Stay

While there, we'll also conduct a bit of club business and elect some new officers, network together about our coaches, meet some cool people and renew some friendships. If you haven't been to a Rally before, this is the one to come to.

As an extra value add-on, we've arranged for a Charter Tour of the Boston Area. Starting at the campground, you'll have a narrated tour that will cover all the highlights over about 8 hours. You'll have opportunity to lunch at the Quincy Market.  This is an OPTIONAL TOUR that requires a separate registration. $55/person, you'll be away about 8 hours. NOTE: Most all area tours will require you drive into Boston for boarding

Rallies are contracted affairs, and as we approach the actual event, we lose some flexibility to cancel reservations. To help with that, we will set up a Waiting List once the rally is sold out. If we can get someone from the wait list to take your spot, then we can refund your money.

By the way, we will host a Happy Hour most every afternoon. (BYOB) You'll want to come and visit with everyone and make some new friends and share your adventures. Many times, people like to bring snacks to munch on, but it's not required. It's just handy sometimes to have something to offer to others so you can get a word in edgewise!

We will send out a Rally Agenda as we get closer to the event. We will certainly try to keep as much free time available for sightseeing as possible. We've also left a couple of evening meals open for you to explore the gastronomic riches of the area.

ORDER your Club Name Badges

It is very helpful for you to obtain your Club Name Badges, and wear them at all times. Some of us older folk need those badges to recall names, so wearing them is a kindness! CLICK on the button (RED) to place your order. They might take up to 6 weeks.

Order Name Badges

At this time, we are not anticipating having techs from Entegra at this event.

This Rally is hosted by (President) Pat & (Secretary) Medarda Bauer.
