Extending Your Stay?
If you wish to arrive early and/or stay longer, just contact Verde Ranch RV Resort reservation desk at  (928) 567-7126 and pay your extra nights directly with the Resort.  Erin Forrest is our contact staff at for the resort should you need additional assistance. 

Reservation Deadline

Reservations will close on July 31, 2026. After this date, we’re unable to offer refunds.

Cancellation & Refund

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel and notify us at least 52 days before the event, we’ll gladly issue a full refund, less a $35.00 credit card processing fee. For cancellations within 52 days of the event, we’re unable to offer a refund unless we’re able to fill your spot from the waitlist. We’ll do our best to accommodate whenever possible.

Events and venues may change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
