Registration Details:
Space is limited, so we encourage you to register early to secure your spot. Once you complete your ECOA registration, you’ll receive a confirmation email, which will include information on reserving your RV site. You’ll be able to review the site layout before selecting your spot.
If you’ll have additional guests (other than 2 person rig) staying with you, please email us so we can update your reservation and ensure everything is accurate, including any applicable costs.
If you plan to arrive early or extend your stay beyond the rally dates, please contact the resort directly to make those arrangements, which you can do at the time of making your reservation with the resort. Should the rally reach full capacity, a waitlist will be available for anyone who still wishes to attend.

Reservation Deadline:
Reservations will close on October 29, 2026. After this date, we’re unable to offer refunds. Kindly refer to the cancellation policy below for details.
Cancellation/Refund:
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel and notify us at least 90 days before the event, we’ll gladly issue a full refund, less a $35.00 credit card processing fee. For cancellations within 90 days of the event, we’re unable to offer a refund unless we’re able to fill your spot from the waitlist. We’ll do our best to accommodate whenever possible.
Events and venues may change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
