This post is actually from Mr. Newman (Pete). We just wanted to share the experience we had in Indiana. Indiana was never on any bucket list that we had. I have never had anyone even suggest that we travel there and spend some time in the Amish country. It really didn't start out as any kind of destination, just a place where our coach was built. After visiting Indiana and taking a couple of trips since our return home, we really miss it.
We took our 2020 Anthem back to Indiana for it's 2 year AIR in March. We went through everything with Jessica and Kyle and then flew back home to California. In April, we flew back out to pick up our coach. We decided to stay a few days so that we could take a factory tour. At first, I really did't know what we would do for 5 days in Middlebury Indiana. Don, who works at Entegra and actualy does the Entegra tours picked us up at our hotel in South Bend and took us to Entegra. Once we arrived, we went through our paperwork with Jessica. We got to meet the people she works with, including her mother. When we went through our coach, everything that that needed attention had been repaired and actually there were many items that they repaired or replaced that were not on any list of ours. We stayed there at Entegra for five days. We got a chance to meet and talk to Joyce, who wanted to make sure we were happy with our coach and the team that took care of us. She made us very welcome in the customer lounge. We went to church with PJ and had a chance to meet his family and friends. His family treated us like family. We took the Entegra Coach tour with Don (2 trips to the airport and the tour. Don is solid) and also took a Jayco tour. We spent some time driving around the countryside. We went to Elkhart, Shipshewana, and Nappanee, where we saw a spectacular "Beauty and the Beast" play in a remodeled round barn.
I guess I am taking the time to write this, hoping to encourage other Entegra Owners to make the trip out to Indiana. Spend some time exploring the countryside there, and most of all, spend some time meeting some of the nicest and truly welcoming people that you will ever meet in your travels.

Dear Friends:
I trust that the new year is off to a good start for you all and that you are staying safe and healthy. It almost seems like we may have a repeat of 2020 until COVID is a thing of the past but, each and every day, we must remain hopeful and optimistic that better times are ahead and we can all get back to living life as normally as we used to.
Having said that, I do have some information to pass on:
These times are tough and trying for everyone. It has made us take a step back and look differently at everything we do, both in business and personally. But, always remember that what hasn’t changed is our commitment to each of you in providing great service – whether it be on the phone with my call center team or here in factory service, our goal is to make sure you are getting the assistance you deserve and expect.
On a personal note, we sure miss seeing you and spending time together! When we are able to gather again, those hugs are sure going to be long ones and very much welcomed. If you have any questions at all, please DO NOT HESITATE to reach out to me, Nic or Pat. We will be happy to respond.
Until then, please stay safe and healthy!
