Registration Details:
Space is limited, so we encourage you to register early to secure your spot. Once you register with ECOA, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes a link to reserve your RV site online. You’ll have the opportunity to review the site layout before booking. If you’ll have extra guests staying with you, please reach out via email so we can update your reservation and ensure everything is set, including any applicable costs.
If you plan to arrive early or extend your stay beyond the event dates, please contact the resort directly to make arrangements. Should the rally reach full capacity, a waitlist will be available for those still wishing to attend.

Reservation Deadline:
Reservations will close on October 29, 2026. After this date, we’re unable to offer refunds. Kindly refer to the cancellation policy below for details.
Cancellation/Refund:
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel and notify us at least 90 days before the event, we’ll gladly issue a full refund, less a $35.00 credit card processing fee. For cancellations within 60 days of the event, we’re unable to offer a refund unless we’re able to fill your spot from the waitlist. We’ll do our best to accommodate whenever possible.
