FMCA FAMILY REUNION AND INTERNATIONAL RV SHOWCASE

March 10-13, 2021 .... We will actually go in the day before it opens on the 9th so we can all park together. Departure is on Sunday, March 14th. There is no charge for the extra nights.

Georgia National Fairgrounds and Agricenter

Register for Perry 2021

Click on the above link and sign up for the FMCA Rally and add 30amp Electrical Service($420.00 total for FMCA members). ALSO...mark on your registration that you will be attending with the Entegra Coach Owners Association Group, so that you can be parked with us. (After Jan. 10, 2021 the member price goes up!)

You will also need to select how you want to handle receiving your credentials....either through the US Mail or hold your documents at Will Call at the fairgrounds. If you're already traveling, Will Call works quite well.

IF you have a letter of credit from a cancelled FMCA event, contact FMCA directly. (800) 543-3622.  However, you will still need to notify ECOA you are planning on camping with the group.

Then.....REGISTER to camp with our group. There's no club fee for this, but we need to keep track of who & how many will be camping together. That will also get you on the list to request Tech Service by Entegra Coach! Click on the Gray Register Button on this page to get on our ATTENDEE List that you will be camping with us. Please include:

  • Names
  • Cell #s
  • Email addresses

If you have already registered for the FMCA rally, you can elect to stay with our group if you selected the 30amp electrical service. Just don't forget to get on the club list at the above address.

ALSO NOTE: if you registered for 50 amp electrical service, you will not be able to park with the rest of the group as we will only gather in the 30 amp service area.....so you might need to change that registration if camping with us is your priority. If you stay with the 50 site, well, we understand that too!

We will be scheduled to park at a specified date and time. March 9th @11:00 AM We will send specific location instructions a couple of weeks before the event.

You should plan to arrive at the fairgrounds no later than 30 minutes before our assigned time. If you are having your rally credentials held at Will Call, you can arrive a bit earlier than that so you can walk over and get your packet. WE WILL NOTIFY ALL CAMPERS AS SOON AS FMCA PROVIDES THE ARRIVAL INSTRUCTION. WATCH FOR THAT EMAIL...it will only be sent to the attendees!

ECOA will have a sign for you to display in your windshield to help the parking crew direct us in the holding area, so be sure to notify us that you have registered for the ECOA group for the Rally.

FIRST TIME ATTENDEES: Your credentials will state an assigned arrival time. You can ignore that if you are camping with the ECOA group. Our group instructions supersede the individual arrival instruction.

NAME BADGES: If you haven't yet obtained your club name badges, please click on the link below. It takes about 6 weeks to get them. It is a courtesy to all of our members to display your name. It helps with conversation and increases name retention!

Travel Safe and watch for that Pre-Rally email,

Pat
