REGISTRATION IS A TWO-STEP PROCESS:
FIRST, You have to register on the FRVA website to reserve your campsite.($620.00) There is also an early bird discount if registered before 4/30/2026
To Register for FRVA Campsite, click on the button to start your registration process with FRVA. PLEASE USE GROUP CODE - ECOAFHU, when filling out your registration form for group parking. This is a 30/50amp full-hook up
Click on the Register Button on this page to participate in our CARAVAN. (NO CHARGE) so you get all the emailed instructions for precise arrival location and time. The parking crew will put us all together and the park us together, but only if you have arrived at the right place and time! Be sure to fill out your full registration info. Both names, emails and cell #’s along with your address!
REGISTER TO PARK WITH ECOA
We will park the DAY BEFORE. You should plan to arrive at the fairgrounds THE DAY BEFORE, so plan on going in on June 30, 2026. If you are having your rally credentials held at Will Call, you should arrive a bit earlier than that so you can walk over and get your packet. There is no extra charge for the extra night.
Sandy will send out or hand out a sign for you to display in your windshield to help the parking crew direct us to the holding area.
FIRST TIME ATTENDEES: Your credentials will state an assigned arrival time. You can ignore that if you are camping with the ECOA group. Our group instructions supersede the individual arrival instruction.
Things to remember:
If you have a 50amp extension cord you might want to bring it.
Foil pans (disposable) are required under your generator and Aqua‑Hot if you’re parked on grass. You’ll need something heavier—like a brick or large stone—to keep the pan from blowing away if it dries out.
This is a full hook‑up site; however, please be prepared in case circumstances change
