Today, 01/17/2025, I received very disappointed news from Entegra unwilling to accept some responsibility for the manufacture of my 2021 Entegra Reatta. Having purchased new in 2021, I have since had multiple issues, but most importantly an issue that has been ongoing since my first year out. My issue is with the schwintec vanity slide in the bedroom. It has unfortunately taken three years to identify the real cause for it to continually malfunction. The slide will start to either go out or start to come in then turn and stop, making it impossible to bring in when out. So over the last three years I replaced both motors and the controller and after each correction it malfunctions after a short period of time. I also had my dealer service all four slides at the end of my first summer's use because of slow movement of the vanity slide. Having raised my issue with two different dealers, two mobile techs, and one truck maintenance company, no one provided the key identity of what the real problem was. Not until finally Entegra customer service connected me to Lippert the maker of schwintec slide components. Finally, I was asked to measure and send off photos of the outside track measurements. And, behold two measurements were out of compliance, so that the slide wiggled itself to a stop after a few ins and outs. To all owners beware as no one ever mentioned to me about checking the compliance of the trackings and after three years to identify the real problem, Entegra Will Not assume any manufacture mistake because I am out of the warranty window of two/three years. Seems that repair shops and mobile techs only know the quick fixes. Needless to say I am totally disappointed in Entegra unwilling to accept any responsibility. My warning to all new owners who have any concerns with a schwintec slide besure to also contact Entegra customer service and get a case number as the real issue may not be discovered until you are out of warranty with them. If I had a case number I might still get their help.
