Dear Friends,
Some time ago, I had mentioned that we were in the process of defining the complimentary PDI that we have offered over the years and, once completed, we would share with all of you. I am pleased to say that after much thought and consideration, we have developed a process that we think will satisfy the needs of all of our customers and ensure that your coach is operating in the best way possible.
First, we have changed the name of the previously known PDI (post-delivery inspection) to Annual Inspection Record. In changing the name, we hope to eliminate any confusion with what we do in service and the PDI (pre-delivery inspection) that each coach goes through as it leaves the production area prior to shipping to dealers.
Attached you will find the new form showing the outline of each and every item that will be inspected and, if warrantable issues are found, will be corrected during the one time complimentary inspection. You will see that we have taken great care in doing a thorough inspection of your coach so that you can enjoy its best performance and maintain your lifestyle. Once you have taken advantage of the complimentary inspection, you may choose to bring the coach back annually for this same AIR. The fee will be $129.00 for the inspection only – anything found in need of attention and/or repair will be addressed, with your approval, and additional fees will be added accordingly. If you choose not to have any of the items repaired/serviced, the inspection fee is non-refundable. Performing this inspection on an annual basis came about from suggestions made by many of you and, there have been several that have taken advantage of this valuable inspection already.

The other change I want to bring to your attention is that we can no longer sell parts to retail customers. This decision was made for two reasons (1) It goes against our dealer agreements and (2) lack of customer participation. Therefore, beginning June 1, 2017, you may contact any Entegra dealer to inquire about parts availability and pricing information. Please know that this change has nothing to do with anything other than trying to do what is best for you, our valued customers.
